Delivery
Free UK delivery with every order of £20 or more!
UK Delivery for orders under £20 is just £1.
You should receive your Caps and Patches within 3-5 working days.
Returns
You may return any products you have purchased within 14 days of delivery for any reason (including if you have simply changed your mind). In order to claim a refund, returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when dispatched by Krafty Clothing Limited.

Once we receive the goods in a satisfactory condition, we shall refund the cost of the goods minus the postage charge, to the original account charged. Refunds will be paid as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.
NOTE: There is an administration charge of £3 if the item(s) is received after 14 days but within 28 days of receipt.

Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged on receipt, and photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
